Media Strategies Responsive Website

I was the front end design and development lead for this fully responsive website redesign. This site was designed from the bottom up which included all new designs, workflows, flexibility and functionality. The launch saw dramatic improvements in user interactions, response rates, and customer contacts. This site also received high reviews from customers as well as the corporate owners. Some of the new features include network search filters, case study search filters, responsive videos, mutli-option contact form, and a new video gallery design and functionality. I managed many aspects of the project which came in under time and under budget.

Bright House / Spectrum Bill Pay Web Application

I was part of the front end development team for this fully responsive financial bill pay web application. This was a complete rebuild from the old application that was very limited in options, and suffered from poor UI/UX. The launch saw dramatic improvements in user interactions, and most importantly usage. The goal was to have more users pay online and not call. The launch did exactly that. This site also received high reviews from customers as well as the corporate owners. The app also tested very well when put against other bill pay apps in its peer group of user tests. The site also meets the criteria for being web accessible. Some of the new features include easy download of past PDF statements, simple paperless enable/disable flows, new auto payments enable/disable flows, step-by-step one time bill payments to keep users from being lost.

Bright House Networks

I was the front end design and development lead on the team that successfully ported the main Bright House residential website (serving over 2.5 million customers) from an old OpenText CMS to a newer Adobe Experience Manager CMS. I designed many of the entirely new and improved workflows for content editors that dramatically added to their production speeds and flexibility. I implemented many design improvements and rebuilt much of the core legacy HTML and CSS during this port. I am currently responsible for continued maintenance and constant new feature improvements and functionality.

Lets Connect Promotional Mini-Site

Promotional Bright House Networks limited branding Mini site for the Lets Connect campaign. This responsive website featured clickable video background elements that would animate open to graphics and more details about the featured services. Each of the responsive video clips are short mini-loops that play only when in view. Each of the expanded elements have animated graphics that only run once a user scrolls to the targeted view point.

Bright House Customer WiFi Portal

This Bright House customer login portal website allows paying customers to access Bright House and affiliate cable provider WiFi hotspots in seven states around the nation. I was tasked with redesigning the legacy experience into this much more user friendly and mobile responsive approach. The default layout and options change depending on your device to feature the most common interactions for that device.

Game Finder Web Application

This responsive website allows Bright House customers to find sporting events that are available in their service areas filtered by zip code. This app allows users to search by day, time, team, area and more. This was a popular request from users and has been highly used and appreciated by customers since its launch.

Hello Friend Promotional Mini-site

Promotional Bright House Networks limited branding Mini-site for the Hello Friend campaign. This responsive website featured an auto rotating carousel of clickable elements to learn more about featured services before diving deeper into than main site content. Users could click, use the sliding bar, or swipe left or right for manually navigation to the desired content.

WiFi Finder Web Application

This web application allows any customers of a large collection of cable providers to find over 400,000 free WiFi hotspots across the continental United States. I was the lead designer and front end developer for the initial launch and the CMS integration. I worked with a talented development team that created the service functionality.

Network Filter

This page on Media Strategies required the ability to filter through over 70 programming networks via four categories. The solution allows for quick updates, custom filter options, and makes it very easy for users find the networks they are looking for.

Orlando Visitor Network

I was the lead designer and front end developer for the launch of this website. The site contained a home page slider, random ordered listings of all the top area shopping, hotels, food and amusement parks, a searchable database of 300+ hotels where the Orlando Visitor Network has it's channel running.
